Tom's helped me sort out an emissions issue without charging me a dime. Just had my car serviced, and all the work and recos are solid and credible.

I love Tom's Automotive Service! They are fast, fairly priced and the work is dependable. I like their shuttle service. I can drop my car and they take me home, so I don't have to sit around at the shop waiting for the work on my car to be finished. I drive a 1985 Honda Accord, and they keep it running well.

I have used Tom's Automotive twice in a row now; first for an oil change and brakes repair, and second for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. Both times, they were very clear in walking me through the cost involved in the repairs and why they needed to be made. They suggested ones I could hold off a bit longer on and save money. I feel like they are taking excellent care of my car and they have really wonderful, kind people working there. Great customer service. They even washed the outside of my car after the last service! You are awesome, Tom's!

I had heard that Tom's was a great place to take your vehicle for any type of service. This was my first experience dealing with them firsthand. The entire staff was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They diagnosed the noise my car was making within about 30 minutes had me on their calendar for the following week and within hours had completed the service. They have won my future business.
