I absolutely love Tom's and moving to Virginia I am going to miss having such honesty and great service! When I took my car there for a bad water pump they were the ones who told me I bought the extended warranty and should take my car to the dealership to get it fixed for free. Twice they told me my car was still under warranty. For anyone moving anywhere near West Seattle should take there vehicle to Tom's for any type of service. I just got my car inspected and oil changed there too before making my cross country trip. And it was actually cheaper to get an oil change and tires rotated there than anywhere else I've been to in Seattle.

Always know it will be a good job!

Tracy met me at the door when I was dropping my car for a comprehensive service... He was just arriving...& wasn't annoyed or put out at all... It was early, he wasn't on the clock yet. He called in the afternoon when it was ready and went over the results of the findings in a direct, but not slick or sales-y way. I'm clear and aware that my next move for this vehicle is a timing belt... Not thrilled, but I understand ...& I appreciate not only what was communicated, but also the way it was communicated. Thanks guys!!! Next up, timing belt!!

Very friendly and attentive service. They are willing to give advice and address concerns about my aging car. I appreciate the convenience and expertise of this local business; I feel much more comfortable here than at the dealership.

Tom's Automotive serviced my Infinity FX35, it needed a new muffler and some other work. They not only did a great job, they were very friendly and easy to talk to. I have taken my car to Infinity for everything for the last 10 years, I wish I would've 'found' this place earlier.

Wonderful service and great communication and knowledge about my Volvo - I found out something about managing the computer information on the dashboard that for 10 years I never knew! - no one ever told me/informed me about it when I was getting my car serviced at the Volvo dealership. Thank you, Tom's Auto! You don't need to go to a Volvo repair shop or dealer to get your Volvo serviced or repaired. One of the mechanics worked as Volvo mechanic for 7 years or more. You can go to Tom's with your Volvo and get an expert Volvo mechanic there! So nice to know and think others should know to - much nicer people there, too! I love Tom's Auto!

Far better service than from a authorized Dealer, they go the extra mile every time I come in for service, great communication & I never feel like I am being pushed into additional repairs that aren't necessary yet.

Had my air conditioning system serviced. Freon appeared to be leaking, but they couldn't tell for sure. Freon was re-filled with a dye additive to determine if a leak existed. After driving the vehicle for a week I dropped-in to their garage without an appointment, they re-checked the system and did identify that a leak existed in the system. They provided me with an estimate of the cost to fix the problem so I could decide if it was worth the expense to fix it. Great service!
