I was pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and ethics. I went in for an expensive repair. When they discovered it wasn't necessary , they told me so and sent me home at no charge. That's how things should be!

Knowledgeable, friendly & organized. I took one of their business cards & it looks like the shop is owned by a woman. Excellent customer service. I live within walking distance but they do offer free local shuttle service. Prices are very reasonable! They even gave me a promotional discount on work done on my A/C. The cost was 2/3 of what it would cost at the dealership!!

I absolutely love Tom's and moving to Virginia I am going to miss having such honesty and great service! When I took my car there for a bad water pump they were the ones who told me I bought the extended warranty and should take my car to the dealership to get it fixed for free. Twice they told me my car was still under warranty. For anyone moving anywhere near West Seattle should take there vehicle to Tom's for any type of service. I just got my car inspected and oil changed there too before making my cross country trip. And it was actually cheaper to get an oil change and tires rotated there than anywhere else I've been to in Seattle.

Always know it will be a good job!
