I was so pleased with my recent and unexpected visit to Tom's that I posted it on Facebook. The promptness of getting me into to fix burnout lights (tail light and headlight) was much appreciated as was the very reasonable bill.

Great service, kept me up to date through the whole process, HONEST about what was needed, what would need to be done down the road, and what was fine. Didn't feel any pressure or upselling. Wonderful customerservice. I needed to defer some maintenance and the folks at Tom's helped me prioritise the work to be done. Pricing is a bit high, but they are an EnviroStar and being green ain't cheep.

Our car required a repair of an oil leak. When Tracey quoted the price, he told us it included a lot of other repairs and preventive maintenance which would be easier while the car was open. As I looked at our itemized statement, I noted several repairs that I had already been wondering about. I really appreciate the fact that having these repairs made at this time saved us money and trouble down the road. Thanks
