I really like these folks. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, TRUSTWORTHY, friendly and more than happy to go out of the way to make sure your happy. I take my car in for regular oil changes and any other work I may need. I had my oil changed back in June and two weeks later my oil light came on. I pulled over immediately and had my car towed to Tom's and they took a look and found that the filter was gone, yes totally non existent and instead of charging me for a replacement and the work they included a through cleaning of all the oil that had spattered all over the undercarriage and back of the car during the tow. Above and beyond in my opinion. Good people for sure.

I like Using Tom's Automotive Service because they are attentive and respectful of my auto and logistic needs. They took the time to work out and explain the repairs and service needed, and prioritize the work to fit my budget. All their staff are friendly and the ride service is invaluable. Oh, and my car runs great.

The staff provide education and are always willing to help you understand the issues. Always trustworthy! I brought my car in because the check engine light had come on. John checked it all out and figured out the cause, and then, just because, he checked my oil! I love Tom's because I know that they are straight shooters and will never try to upsell me on repairs that I don't really need. They work with you on scheduling and have loaner cars if needed. As a single woman, it's so great to have a trustworthy repair shop I can rely on!
