Great service! Great communication!

I'm moving back to Seattle from the Bay Area. While driving my old Jeep up and parking it at a friend's house, I noticed a pretty bad fuel leak. My buddy suggested I take it to Tom's Automotive. It was a Saturday and they have an after hours drop off which is great. I left the vehicle there and early Monday I got a call about it. Bryce and Tracy were awesome. My Jeep was fixed in short order and ready to go. This was a great relief in this hectic time of moving. I have a great mechanic in the Bay Area that I was gonna miss when we moved, but it looks like I've already got a great shop to use from now on. Thanks!

I've gone to Tom's for over 30 years because I trust their honesty and the quality of the work. You can go to cheaper mechanics but you'll never pay for anything at Tom's that doesn't need to be done. Tracy and Bryce go over everything so you understand the work they are proposing and the cost. The pricing is fair and the work is excellent.

Bryce at Tom's saved me a bunch of money after diagnosing my civic's engine problems and then through his due diligence he informed me that the problem fell within a current special warranty that Honda was offering. Lots of places would have just fixed it and billed me, but clearly the team at Tom's put their integrity first. I can't say more about how much that honesty means to a new customer. I'll definitely be back for my next service.
