Tom's Automotive is one of the best shops in West Seattle. They are very professional, their explanations regarding issues on my car are always clear and they are always available when I need it.

Your place was amazing! Friendly, informative, and very easy to deal with! I also saw that they had oiled up my doors which were rusty and hard to close, without even asking them to do so. I will be a forever customer from here on out. I plan to Yelp my experience and I never use Yelp. :)

I have used Tom's Automotive Service many times in the past but it had been some time since I had used them recently due to changes as to where I lived. However, it was a delight to go there again as I know they are very honest and professional and as a woman I never feel like I am taken advantage of or looked upon as being stupid and unintelligible. They never try to sell you more than you come in for or services you do not need.
