I came without an appointment and my car was looked at immediately by John. I was told that because of the volume of repairs ahead of me that it might take a couple of days to get to it. To my surprise, I received a call the very next day and was informed the problem was identified and fixed. I was totally surprised and pleased because I was going out of town for the holidays and our daughter needed the car while we were gone. This service is really not unusual for Tom's. Ever since I took my car there the first time I have always received the finest in customer relations, service and price. I am always confident that I will get the proper work done at the best price. I recommend Tom's Automotive to anyone needing excellent repair work.
