Tom's has been our mechanic of choice for 16 years. Kandie and the crew do a great job of keeping our cars running smooth and keeping us informed of needed repairs and maintenance. I have not had a better relationship with a repair shop, ever. I heartily recommend them.
The guidance for which type of service to get was very good. I appreciated the follow-up call after the service was done. It was great that you even found a nail in my tire and went ahead and fixed it without asking (or charging me). I will definitely be coming back for future service.

The experience went very well. The car was ready sooner than expected. The car had a slight problem the following day, so I called and they found a slight leak at the oil plug. It was fixed quickly and we were back on the road.
