Disappointing about the car but great service as always. We've used Tom's a few times now and will ise Tom's as our regular mechanic.
The Tom's crew always does a great job.I get the sense that they genuinely care about my car.
As always I have found the staff to be friendly and honest with me on what needs to be done and what can wait to be done. This way I am only doing the repairs and maintenance necessary and schedule and budget the repairs that need to be done in the future.
I had a good experience at Tom's. They took care of my car's transmission, which really needed a cleaning. Will be doing this again after another 15,000 miles. Thanks Tom's automotive.

My daughter had a headlight out that was hard to get at. Had her drop by Tom's w/o appointment. They not only replaced it but noticed as miss-matched bulb set and fixed that too! So good to know the good people @ Tom's Automotive!
