Had a good visit at Tom's with a quick lof and checkup. A few recommendations were made and will be addressed next year. They always do a great job.

I had a LOF performed on the vehicle and it was quickly done by the hard working staff. They made sure all fluid levels were full and tires properly inflated. Recommended some work be done in the near future. Great job!!

I've been bringing my car to Tom's for regular oil changes and repairs for a while now. Though more expensive than some places, they have done a great job with the car and the mechanics and front office staff are always friendly and helpful. Around Thanksgiving I received a thoughtful coupon in the mail for 10% off and wanted to use it during my last oil change but when I mentioned it at the time of payment, the owner said I needed to have it in hand. Since I am a faithful customer, I asked if she would reconsider. She said no, I could use it next time but only if I brought it in. As a small business owner myself, I would recommend rethinking that policy. You never know how that 10% off can make a difference, especially around the holidays. Thanks for all your mechanics and friendly staff have done over the years.
