I had to bring my car in without an appointment as it was overheating. The front office was friendly and accommodating and the service they provided was thorough. Unfortunately, another shop had improperly installed some hoses but now my car is running great and Tom's is my place to go!

The car drove away smoothly and quietly. Even though it's now a teen ager (13 years old) it continues to respond to my commands well. Thanks for the miracles.

Everyone is very nice. It is a comfortable place to wait for an oil change. All the info is well explained. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
