Seattle Auto Repair

Had my first experience with Tom's yesterday when I took my lady's car in for service. I dealt with a few people between the appointment scheduling and the pick-up when my car was ready. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and seemed genuine. I also got a very honest impression from them, like they weren't trying to push parts & service I didn't need. I talked to a guy named Tracy who seemed incredibly knowledgable, and a nice guy to boot. We'll definitely be coming back when we need future service.

As always, and as Tom's has done throughout the 30+ years they've serviced our cars, this visit was perfect! It was a simple oil change and safety check, but the crew did the important little things, too - replaced wiper blades, took care of a REALLY annoying rattle from the dash and thoroughly checked out my 21-year-old car. With Tom's taking care of it, I'm sure it will last another 21 years. Thanks, everyone.

Tom's estimate was right on, their work done on time and I am confident correctly. They treated me with respect and wanted to keep in the loop. We are return customers.

I appreciated that they had a print out of what was done, what needs to be done asap and what can wait on repairs. Everyone was nice and I liked knowing that there is a loaner car available for me ( if needed) when my car is getting repaired. Thanks guys.

While vacationing in Seattle, the water pump on our 1999 Blazer went out. Despite being booked for days, Tom's was able to get our vehicle in and replace the pump prior to our departure date. We made it safely home to central Oregon on schedule.

It was wonderful service, and an excellent deal on the oil change. Really nice People work at Tom's, we feel lucky to have them so close to home and work.

These guys are great. Very courteous, under budget, and done early. Communication was low pressure, pleasant, and informative. I felt like I was dealing with honest people who actually care.
