My car is 17-years old and they asked what it I wanted and the listened. They were good because they did not start out with a list of things to do, rather they said they would look it over and let me know what they identified. Then they were able to call me up, tell me what they say, why it needed fixing and were up front about what the costs were for the repair. They also told me what was a priority and what could wait. They were very good about explaining it all.
