John helped me out...as always. With a little spray, he may have saved me from unnecessary repairs. If the quick fix doesn't work, I'll surely come back to Tom's for a more permanent solution.

Tom's is the absolute BEST. They are knowledgeable and explain everything so you never feel surprised about a charge. They also let me take my toddler into the mechanic's area to see the cars and tools. It made his whole week and was just one example of their excellent customer service. I cannot say enough good things about the workmanship and customer service of Tom's.

I love Tom's Automotive Service! They are fast, fairly priced and the work is dependable. I like their shuttle service. I can drop my car and they take me home, so I don't have to sit around at the shop waiting for the work on my car to be finished. I drive a 1985 Honda Accord, and they keep it running well.

I have used Tom's Automotive twice in a row now; first for an oil change and brakes repair, and second for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. Both times, they were very clear in walking me through the cost involved in the repairs and why they needed to be made. They suggested ones I could hold off a bit longer on and save money. I feel like they are taking excellent care of my car and they have really wonderful, kind people working there. Great customer service. They even washed the outside of my car after the last service! You are awesome, Tom's!
