First time I've dealt with a major repair on the car. The quote was high, but it included everything I needed done upfront. From start to finish, there was nothing sprung on me. Great on the phone and in person. Time will tell if, mechanically, things will work out.

Work done well and car is fine

Everybody there is always so nice s,o helpful, and so honest. I would never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I always recommend Toms to friends and family.

I just moved to the area and I know finding a good mechanic is as just as important as finding the perfect place to live. I am impressed with Tom's Automotive, the place was clean, the receptionist very friendly, the mechanic knew his stuff and took the time to explain to me what was done and what will need to be done in the near and not so near future. John helped me out...as always. With a little spray, he may have saved me from unnecessary repairs. If the quick fix doesn't work, I'll surely come back to Tom's for a more permanent solution.

Tom's is the absolute BEST. They are knowledgeable and explain everything so you never feel surprised about a charge. They also let me take my toddler into the mechanic's area to see the cars and tools. It made his whole week and was just one example of their excellent customer service. I cannot say enough good things about the workmanship and customer service of Tom's.
