We called on Friday and were able to get our car checked on Monday morning first thing. Tom's staff is very responsive an really professional. As they were changing the oil on the car, they noticed that the brake fluid needed to be changed so they called me to ask if this was something I would be interested in having done. I gave my green light and they confirmed the price, so that we would be on the same page. Great experience!

Absolutely satisfied and happy with the service. Everything was explained in detail on what was done and what was predicted in the future of the vehicle (it is high in miles). We have found our mechanic(s). Thank you Kandie and the experts that serviced our vehicle.

Fantastic service and clear communication

completely upfront and honest, offered up a couple of different options to take care of the issue at hand, keeping us completely informed on our cars status and actually got our repaired car back to us way before anticipated. Once again Tom's Automotive Service is taking care of me and my car. My car is old and I am at a point of sell it or keep it. It is tough because my car has been a workhorse and has been great.
