This shop is run very well. They kept me informed and educated as to what was going on. To me , it's about service, value ,and doing the job right. They accomplished all of it.

These guys are great. They not only identified my issue, but also warned me that it may be covered under warranty therefore sacrificing the labor they could have charged me. All is done with a smile as well, A++.

As always, the staff at Tom's Auto was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The service was excellent. I appreciated the way the staff came up with a method of working with a problem I can't afford to pay for now until I'm able to do so. I don't live near Tom's Auto but I drive all the way there from home because I feel that they take such good care of my car.

I appreciate the great service I get at Tom's. especially all the information I get about the problems with the van and the possible solutions. And having a loaner car available when needed makes things even better.

Service is excellent, from making an appointment through picking up the car. Everyone is knowledgable and they greet you with a smile. They let you know the priorities of upcoming service, and tell you when the work would be better completed elsewhere. Honesty, good work and a smile are always guaranteed.

I had a big job to do on an older but much loved truck which was supposed to take a few days. Bryce and the crew did it all in one day and it was under the original estimate. Always great service and vehicle knowledge no matter which car i bring to them.
