Went in for an oil change but they did not have an opening. Rather than just setting me up for later in the week, my car's oil level was very low and they added two quarts before sending me on my way. Thank you!

I found the suggestion that I get rid of my car before the head gasket blows an interesting help. Now, all I need is an introduction to the Honda Dealer who will sell me a new car at a much reduced price; how about it?

This was my first visit, for a routine oil change. I was pleased with the assistance I received, the friendliness of the staff. I needed a "mudflap" tightened on the front end of my car, and the staff member did "on the spot" with no charge. Returning for my oil change, was very pleased....was done in a very timely manner, again, friendly staff and felt they were very honest in all assessments! Thanks, Tom's!

I have had the same mechanics working on my cars for 19+ years, but I sold my house on Queen Anne and bought in West Seattle.
