All the staff are courteous, thorough, and professional. In my regular service appointments, they check everything and make suggestions for things to fix, repair or replace. My husband is a car guy and likes to do what he can, so he often takes their suggestions and does the work himself. If there is a safety concern, they make a point to discuss it with me, but they don't pressure me to have them take care of it. I appreciate that!
