Tom's Automotive went the extra mile for a first time customer. My car failed the Emissions testing and I requested an appointment and dropped my car off after hours. The next morning, Bryce called and informed me that the appointment was actually a week later. This was after riding the bus two hours to work, and Bryce quickly added that if I could wait until the next day, he would have it looked at then as the day was already booked up. The diagnostics indicated that the Catalytic Converter was the problem and I immediately thought of a couple thousand dollar bill. Bryce told me what may be causing it and did not suggest replacement. His team just added a strong dose of gas additive. The first attempt did not change anything and Bryce stuck with the additive plan one more time. This time it worked and I am happy that the Catalytic Converter has a few more miles left before I will need to replace it. My first dealings with Tom's was all on the phone and after picking up my car, I had some more questions as the problem was still occurring. A week later, I called back and they remembered my issue and quickly gave me more detailed explanations and advice. Upon my in person unscheduled visit a couple days later they quickly checked my car and gave it more additive. I was there less than 10 minutes which. The whole crew did a splendid job for me, thanks.
