I took my car in for an oil change and a maintenance light issue on my SUV. There were no unpleasant surprises so that was great! I like that they let me know what maintenance items will be coming up so I can start planning for that expense. Tom's takes great care of my car!

High end auto repair in West Seattle. Professional, white glove kind of service. Seem to know what they're doing. Shuttle available. The two times I've been there have been positive experiences. Not cheap, but not outrageous by any means. Would recommend.
