Everyone was friendly and knowledgable and got my car back up to speed in an efficient amount of time. I just moved to West Seattle and it’s nice knowing I’ll be able to go to a place I can trust if my car needs work in the future.

I appreciate not being pressured into additional services that are not required, and being given the option to monitor something that may or may not be a problem before moving forward with potentially unnecessary and expensive repairs.

I have had my 16 YO Volvo serviced at Tom's several times since I first tried them 3-4 years ago. Simply put, their expertise, capabilities and attention to detail are, in my experience, second to none.

High end auto repair in West Seattle. Professional, white glove kind of service. Seem to know what they're doing. Shuttle available. The two times I've been there have been positive experiences. Not cheap, but not outrageous by any means. Would recommend.
