Very helpful in identifying the reason for my "Old Toyota" stalling out. Also found many things that need to be fixed in my interim $100 car I bought from a family member. It's too much for me to continue with the repairs, so I'll drive it for a while until I find a better vehicle.

They were very helpful and communicative. I had multiple problems with my car. One was a bad battery that was still under warranty at a different place. They helped advise me on my options to get it fixed. The other issue stemmed from a bad repair I had previously at the dealership. They showed me what the problem was and armed me with all the info I needed to get the original repair fixed at the dealer who had previously neglected to admit fault. Tom's is a rare find... a helpful, friendly and honest mechanic.

I would go nowhere else. Toms is professional, on top of it and has a clean waiting room which to me is an indication of attention to detail. They fixed 1 vehicle that seemed to have stumped one shop in a day and a half starting with the most obvious and least expensive solution. Because of that, i brought the other vehicle in and got that back very quickly as well. Like I said, I will be a return customer for sure.

My car was towed to Tom's by AAA because a place I'd previously used was busy. This turned out to be the best choice. The customer service was excellent from my initial call to pick up and there was communication from them every step of the way. I don't drive my car often and haven't driven since I got home but on the drive home it felt and sounded better than it has in a long time. I've already recommended my daughters come here.
