The good news that my lower control arm bushings did not need to be replaced was offset by the bad news that my tires, altho having sufficient tread are suffering from cracks and need replacing.

Friendly staff. While only getting an oil change, the car was thoroughly inspected for any problems. Very clean shop. A good sign in my estimation.

My experience with Tom's was outstanding. They kept me in the loop constantly, were always ready to calculate and adjust prices based on every new development, asking me before proceeding to any next steps. There were no surprises or unaccounted for hidden fees. This is an honest mechanic, who deserves your business.

In "inherited" Tom's as my mechanic from my Father who was himself a car mechanic. The shop doesn't have any oil stains. They have taken perfect care of my cars from my 1964 Plymouth Valiant (remember the slant six?) to my current 2012 Acura TSX (yes, I've come up in the car world) and I urge anyone in the area to come in and meet the staff.
