I have been a regular customer of Tom's since I moved to West Seattle 4 years ago. I am glad I have a relationship with a servicer I can trust, especially as a woman, and who knows me and my car. I know if I have a problem I can count on them to jump on it. And they keep in touch with servicing and oil change reminders.

Always a pleasure to work with Tracy and Kandi... never top on my list to take my car in for regular service but always feel I'm being treated honestly and fairly at Tom's
