Had my wife drop the Subaru off at 8:30 with pickup for 1pm. It was ready, as expected , so she drove off w/o any interruption and I paid over the phone. The completed work order was in the car waiting for me. Very smooth.

This shop was recommended by the folks at Seattle community college- they were right. The shop was professional, as the staff. The electronic paperwork was great- no greasy receipts or coffee splattered crunchy paper strips...it was great to get an electronic estimate with all the work details. The staff took the time to humor me and my curiosity about my car and it's workings. Customer service here is great and a woman owned auto repair business just makes the complete package. Besides they have a Keurig coffee machine and collect food for the food bank. This is clearly not your father's garage.......
