I was greeted quickly and treated with respect and courteous when I entered the front office to drop off my car for service.

Staff is always honest (even with bad news) and expedient in their responses. Work was done very quickly and properly.

This shop was recommended by the folks at Seattle community college- they were right. The shop was professional, as the staff. The electronic paperwork was great- no greasy receipts or coffee splattered crunchy paper strips...it was great to get an electronic estimate with all the work details. The staff took the time to humor me and my curiosity about my car and it's workings. Customer service here is great and a woman owned auto repair business just makes the complete package. Besides they have a Keurig coffee machine and collect food for the food bank. This is clearly not your father's garage.......

The Staff was very knowledgable and professional throughout our encounter. The service was carried out in a prompt manner with full disclosure of a couple of findings for which they requested my input before proceeding. I felt the charges were within an acceptable range. They even let me leave the car overnight when my timing got thrown off and it would have been difficult for me to get it that evening as had been promised.

Outstanding service with knowledgable professionals. The icing on the cake is the friendliness expressed by all who work at Tom's Automotive. Tom's believes in giving back to the community in several ways. When you stop by, bring canned/non perishable foods for the basket by the front door. Donations go to the local food bank.
