It was simply awesome that on a Friday afternoon, with one emergency call from our son who needed to get on the road home, that you were willing to put the car on the tester and then fetch the parts immediately to fix the problem so he didn't have to miss his brother's high school graduation to boot! Thanks for excellent customer service and going the extra mile in a really inconvenient situation for our family!

Again,I had an excellent experience at Tom's fro beginning to end, including transportation home after leaving my car there, and transportation back to Tom's to pick up the car. These kinds of services are especially important to an 86 year old, along with full explanation of what repairs are needed and the cost of same.
