Excellent timely service

I want to thank you and your crew for a great job on my Ranger this week. There was a lot that had to be done and I know it was a push on your part to complete the work by the end of the day yesterday. Both efforts are very much appreciated. We are new to West Seattle and are happy to have found Tom's.

Wonderful customer service, helpful and honest. Didn't overcharge for the small things, and did other services for free. Identified the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and we're professionals about it. Only thing is, it was my first time at Toms and was getting my car towed there, and when I talked to them ahead of time, no one told me that the diagnostics alone would cost me $140. Which ultimately I was fine paying, but I feel like when you are getting your car towed there that should be information shared from the start. Otherwise, great! Thank you!

Service was fine.

My experience at Tom's was great! I had an issue with my car's window and didn't know where to turn, so I found Tom's on Yelp. I was able to bring my car in the same day to leave overnight in their secure lot, and the car was fixed the next day. Everyone I spoke with at Tom's was very nice and professional. I just recently moved to the Junction area and am happy to have a local mechanic to turn to.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the job done, and the friendliness of the staff. I was also very impressed that I wasn’t pressured into services that were not needed.
