We are from out of town and needed a new headlight. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it and it was installed the next morning. It was quick and easy. Thank you so much.

Had an issue with my battery terminal connectors and wanted to get them replaced. Called Tom's and spoke with Bryce who was super helpful and gave me some insight on what they would replace and test. After taking car in they fixed my issue and Bryce then called to give me an update. Said that the valve stem on one of my tires was broken and was leaking air. Told me they took it to a nearby Les Schwab to get replaced free of charge! Also car was idling very low and recommend a service to correct and now my car is running like a champ! I feel as though they are very honest and don't try and upsell you on services you don't need. Will definitely be taking my car back to Tom's!

After the warning sound and flash red STOP occurred while I was driving (on the freeway) I pulled off in West Seattle. Thanks to the woman at Les Schwab who gave me a card for Toms Automotive Service I made the acquaintance of this automotive service. Though at closing time, they gave me courtesy, kindness, competence and professionalism. I drove away with oil and fluid where there had not been enough and the documentation to show the automotive service from which I had just picked up my car to help show what happened. I'm still feeling grateful. And, though my experience with Toms was brief, I think I found something really good.

Each and every one of Tom 's mechanics is knowledgeable, professional and obviously extremely capable. I have never felt dimished by my obvious lack of automotive knowledge - I am confident in accepting their recommendations/advice, and ultimately their excellent service. Love Tom's! I bought a used car a couple months ago and just got around to bringing it in for an oil change and a check over. There were a couple things I was concerned about. Tracy looked it all over, made some suggestions for future maintenance, did the oil change, and only charged me for the oil change! It's such a relief as a single woman to have an auto shop that you can trust. I will never go anywhere else!
