Bryce was great. He explained everything to me in clear terms and has his usually dose of friendliness. The team at Tom's is one of the nicest I have encountered. They provide a great service and fair prices to West Seattle.

I took my 2000 Monte Carlo SS in for it's 90 -100 K service and tune-up. I also finally had the intake manifold rebuilt with updated gaskets and parts not an easy job no matter what the guys on You-Tube say. I am very impressed with the results, feels like I'm driving a new car. I really appreciate the knowledge and mecanical skill the folks at TOM's Automotive Service bring to the table. No it's not the cheapest place in town but it's not cheap work. They actually do what they say and fix what needs fixing. I feel extremely lucky in this day and age that my car can still be expertly repaired. A really good local small business, right here in West Seattle.
