Generally fine and friendly! The shop is on the more expensive side, and there is some potential upselling (e.g., wiper blades, cabin air filter, carbon deposit cleaner) through the menu of things I need to add/replace. They also included a tire rotation but did not check the PSI of the tire as my now-rear tires were set to my front tire PSI recommendations. Is it the end of the world? Not at all. But just a heads up if you are on the meticulous side of vehicle maintenance, or your front/rear tires have larger differences in air pressure. Would probably go back again!

All I can say is wow! I called about what I thought was a transmission issue, they couldn’t get me in before my road trip but offered for me to swing by for a quick diagnosis… turns out it was a very minor thing that they fixed ON THE SPOT! I’m a customer forever! Thanks Tom’s!

My wife had transmission problems on our suburban and I “the husband” am 4 hours away. She called Tom’s and they said bring it in and we will look at it. Tom himself looked at it without hesitation and diagnosed the issue. Fixed it to be driveable and printed out the report for my wife for our own mechanic back home. Couldn’t thank them enough for their speediness and professionalism. She was in and out in under 15 minutes. Faster than an oil change with a much larger issue. Amazing! Would recommend to anyone, anytime!!!
