John just now helped me out mounting my front license plate which required a safety Allen wrench to screw it on securely. I offered to pay and he said it was fine; I live locally and will use Tom’s for my car’s service from now on. Thanks again, John!

Highly recommend. My car was making a disturbing noise and I was concerned if I should even be driving it around for safety reasons. Tom's didn't have an appointment available for a few weeks but suggested I come in for a test drive today to check if there's a safety concern. Instantly diagnosed the issue, patiently and absolutely non-condescendingly explained it all to me (I know nothing of cars) and instead of charging me a million dollars to fix it, suggested I take it back to the previous shop since it was still likely under warranty there and can get fixed for free (which it did). Big Thanks to John at Tom's. I will definitely use Tom's for all my future car needs.

From now on this is where I’ll be taking my car for repairs. They were honest, kept me informed of the progress, provided pictures of damaged parts and replacement parts.

The owner Kandie has a great crew! She cares about her customers, and we get that same feeling and level of attention from her crew. They take care of our entire fleet and when were in a pinch with a vehicle they help us diagnose and resolve the problem as quickly as is reasonably possible.
