The folks at Tom's automotive are extremely friendly, clear about estimates and work, and generally wonderful to work with. I appreciate them a great deal!

John provided excellent service! Our belt had been squealing and we weren’t sure what the problem was. No appointments were available but John said to come in the next day and he’d take a look. We were there for less than 10 minutes, he quickly identified the issue, brought out some tools, and we were out the door. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Tom's service . I had called Les Schwab to see if they did oil change because they had just replaced my tires and rear brakes. They recommended Tom's for service. I needed an oil change, inspection and a new battery. Phone service with Casey was friendly and I received reminders of my service date. Everyone at the shop were courteous and helpful. (I love that I needed to support the food bank to qualify for a discount!) My car is running great; but what was most important to me was the feeling of trust that the business inspired. I returned two days later because I had forgotten a small repair and John was so friendly and helpful. Tom's will be the business I use for any future repairs that I may need. I highly recommend this business!

I can’t thank the team at Tom’s enough, especially Casey! I was dealing with some personal stuff and they were so understanding and accommodating while my truck was in the shop during that time. I was also impressed when a hail storm was forecasted last week and they had limited covered space so they reached out to see if I had covered parking at home if I wanted to move my truck out of their yard, they were calling everyone to get as many vehicles protected from the storm as possible, and said they’d use cardboard or whatever they had on hand to make an attempt at protecting what couldn’t be moved in time. Truly stand-up folks, with fair pricing to boot. Thank you again for everything, you earned a customer for life.

The staff at Tom’s were polite, knowledgeable and not pushy for additional services. They were able to get me in for an oil change quickly and pricing was fair for the area. Would recommend!
