I found the suggestion that I get rid of my car before the head gasket blows an interesting help. Now, all I need is an introduction to the Honda Dealer who will sell me a new car at a much reduced price; how about it?

This was my first visit, for a routine oil change. I was pleased with the assistance I received, the friendliness of the staff. I needed a "mudflap" tightened on the front end of my car, and the staff member did "on the spot" with no charge. Returning for my oil change, was very pleased....was done in a very timely manner, again, friendly staff and felt they were very honest in all assessments! Thanks, Tom's!

I have had the same mechanics working on my cars for 19+ years, but I sold my house on Queen Anne and bought in West Seattle. These guys are the best! Great service from the second I went in there. They took care of my car problem in good time and had it back the same day. But the most important thing? My license plate had lost a screw and was loose and dangling and I forgot to mention it. But they fixed it WITHOUT BEING ASKED! It might seem like a small thing but it's the little things that sets them apart. I'm new to West Seattle but they now have another loyal customer!

For what was done, I thought the prices were a little high, but they were friendly, kept me informed and did try to save money where they could.
