I appreciate that all the employees, no matter who answers the phone, will always know what is going on with my car and will be able to answer any questions I have. They are prompt, efficient, and skilled. Their charges are reasonable, and there is never a surprise since they check with me before doing any work. I trust them, and that is really important to me.

This is only the second time I've used Tom's and I am liking them more and more. I like the way they explain in detail what they are doing when they call you. They don't use cheap budget parts and they have a great guarantee on their work. I had been going to a budget shop, nice people, and they were trying to save me money, but they may have been using cheaper parts and non-certified mechanics. Their work didn't hold up. Tom's is definitely top notch!
