Great service. Technician took me for test drive to confirm what I had reported. They investigated and helped remedy the problem without huge extra costs. Final bill came in lower than original quote which is always a nice surprise. It take a little longer to finish than I had hoped but I understand they're not in control when additional parts have to be ordered to finish the job correctly.

Couldn't ask for better service. Bryce especially has always been a great help. Have always had this kind of service since my first visit years ago when Tom owned the company.

Everyone I talked to was pleasant and courteous. Also gave me info on things to consider for the near future, such as fuel pump belt wearing, and tires getting low on tread.

All the staff are courteous, thorough, and professional. In my regular service appointments, they check everything and make suggestions for things to fix, repair or replace. My husband is a car guy and likes to do what he can, so he often takes their suggestions and does the work himself. If there is a safety concern, they make a point to discuss it with me, but they don't pressure me to have them take care of it. I appreciate that!
