Recently, when I was about to buy a new used car, I called Tom's to see if they could fit a pre-purchase inspection in that afternoon. While they were booked (short notice!) they immediately recommended a garage only a few blocks from the car lot I was calling from. That garage had an opening, did a great job, and had tons of good things to say about Tom's - not only their work, but the kindness and integrity of the team. The car I bought needed a new battery. Tom's installed it and as usual made the process easy as could be. Couldn't ask for more!

This shop is run very well. They kept me informed and educated as to what was going on. To me , it's about service, value ,and doing the job right. They accomplished all of it.
