I first went there for an oil change but came back for more work on my 2008 Subaru Impreza. They pointed out some things that was needed, namely that my brakes were at less than 10%. They discussed options on how to fix the problem in a clear matter and never gave me a hard sell. The biggest thing is that they gave me up front pricing. I even sent a later email out asking for specific pricing on a specific job (changing brake pads and car battery). They emailed me quickly with the exact price before taxes. About half the other places I contacted wanted me to call them instead of giving me a price online, which probably meant they wanted to give me a hard sell. The ones who did get back to me had higher prices. It was easy to book my appointment and they got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely use them again.

Consistently excellent service, with super nice staff. Tom's also gives a discount for seniors, provides shuttle service to your home & will pick you up, and they washed my car, too!
