04 Ram 1500, water pump and head gasket. The people at Tom's were great, very professional, courteous, and engaging. My little problem (I thought coolant flush) turned out to be a big problem (water pump and blown head gasket). They quickly ID'd the problem, kept me informed and worked to keep the costs down. Even though it ended up being time consuming, they kept me informed every step of the way. This is the only problem my truck has ever had. I only wish I could have gottent he loaner vehicle sooner when we knew it was going to be a while before I'd get the truck back, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

That was the advise of my friend Chuck North over 40 years ago when I brought my family to live in the Northwest. As you know Chuck was the top salesman for Huling Bros. for many years. Since then I bought 7 cars from chuck including the one you just serviced. I echo his advise, Take it to Tom's.

I come 25 miles to continue to use Tom's. Needless to say I am a very satisfied customer.

I brought my Trailblazer in to find out why it was making noises like something from the movie "the Grudge" and Candy and her team diagnosed it, recommended what to do and even washed it up for me! Being that we do most of our vehicle work ourselves we just needed a diagnosis - but when I need a shop Tom's Automotive is the shop for me!
