The folks at Tom's went out of their way to get us up and on the road again! They did a superb job of knowing how critical this was for us to be able to have a vehicle to use for after school pick of children! They came up with a creative solution to the fix and prevent the vandalism from recurring. They are professional and amazing with regard to the quality of service and customer care they continue to provide.

Tom's Automotive tried to fix it on the spot during a busy day for them. They had to give it another shot the following day. They thought it was fixed - I paid and began to drive and alas, the problem remained. At that point Tom apologized and said any further repair work was on the shop. Every step of the process was explained to me along the way, and the problem was ultimately solved. I greatly appreciated the energy and honest dealing that went into an unexpectedly challenging repair!
