That's why I go to Tom's ... because I think they're trustworthy. If something's wrong with my car, they'll tell me. They've even helped me prioritize the more expensive jobs so I can stretch them out as the money comes in. On top of that, they've watched my daughter grow up since babyhood, and they always ask about her. Tom's is the place to go in West Seattle.

We have used Tom's Automotive since 1978. We have always had excellent service and know the estimate before any work is done. During a car repair if they find an unscheduled problem, they always call and let us know the dollar amount and the degree of the problem. The crew is very efficient and courteous.

They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and did an oil change. Great shuttle service and nice car wash. Can't complain, will go back as I always do.
