Tom's has basically been my shop for maintenance, lube and oil, and repairs. Yes, they are a bit on the expensive side, but I've found them to be honest and reliable, and this, in the long run, has been implortant for me. I have a twelve year old Chevie Lumina, and they've taken good care of it. I'm 83 years old myself and hope to use the car for many more years, adding to its current mileage of 145,000 miles. It's a good sized heavy car, and the miles per gallon could be better, but it's a safe car, surviving several accidents not my fault, coming through without a scratch while the other cars experienced much damage. I trust Tom's to keep the car in good shape, and have been confident in their response when they give me an estimate or when I question their estimate. Occasionally, I've taken my car to other places as for oil and lube, and sometimes paid a price when they did not do a complete check-up
