I took my work delivery van into Tom's for an analysis of a host of potential and actual problems, telling them that I wanted to get an idea of the damage before going forward with repairs. I was called after about a 1/2 hour of work on the van, and sure enough, just the initial investigation revealed repairs more expensive than the car was worth receiving. I really appreciated Tom's understanding of my situation - and their encouragement, even, to find a vehicle that was better suited to my business!
