Tom's has basically been my shop for maintenance, lube and oil, and repairs. Yes, they are a bit on the expensive side, but I've found them to be honest and reliable, and this, in the long run, has been implortant for me. I have a twelve year old Chevie Lumina, and they've taken good care of it. I'm 83 years old myself and hope to use the car for many more years, adding to its current mileage of 145,000 miles. It's a good sized heavy car, and the miles per gallon could be better, but it's a safe car, surviving several accidents not my fault, coming through without a scratch while the other cars experienced much damage. I trust Tom's to keep the car in good shape, and have been confident in their response when they give me an estimate or when I question their estimate. Occasionally, I've taken my car to other places as for oil and lube, and sometimes paid a price when they did not do a complete check-up

My Father, a mechanic, referred me to Tom's in 1971 and I've been taking my cars there ever since. The work is expert. The car is fixed properly the first time or they make good the work. Their work has been perfectly professional on each of my automobiles, from my 1964 Plymouth Valiant to my current Acura TSX. The front of the house staff know almost as much about cars as the mechanics do.

The staff are quick, courteous, and well trained. I trust my work to be done on time and well done. My questions are answered and problems are discussed with me before doing repairs.

They're straight forward, quick, reasonable, and professional. The only issue we had was the courtesy shuttle doesn't extend past West Seattle so regardless of whether you're spending a couple grand to get your car fixed you can't get picked up from downtown (where most people work).

You always do a fine job. I will be back for some more repairs after the holidays.

We brought in vehicle for inspection and oil change. Two wheels needed to be replaced. Tom's took car to nearby tire shop and found same tires at same price that I had replaced the other two six months earlier. Made it very easy to schedule, drop off/pick up, and I feel the pricing is competitive, if not lower than most shops. This is my 3rd time utilizing Tom's, keep up the great work guys! Thanks!

VERY nice marketing, reception, customer care (including coffee, shuttle service and even loaners!), thorough written analysis of needs for car AND quick estimates for those repairs. However, the prices are out of my range -- as much as I'd like to go back and enjoy your services, I can't afford it. Thanks for the discount and coffee though!
