It's a pleasure to talk to and work with technicians who actually will talk to their customers. Tom has retired but the whole crew is still on board and they understand how to deliver good service. I'm so happy my vehicle is out of warranty and I can go to Tom's for service.

Once again, Tom's comes to the rescue with an efficient, economical fix for my aging van!

I've been going here for a few years for my older car and feel like they give good advice what needs to be replaced and what can wait. It's not cheap, but then again, needing to get a new car because I didn't maintain this one wouldn't be cheap either! Nice staff, keep you informed, delivery when they say they will.

I had to call Tom's Automotive Service after my car would not start. They took it in immediately, contacted me to let me know the charges, kept me abreast of everything was happening, sent a shuttle to pick me up, and even washed the car for me when it was done. Wow. Great, great service. No one likes automotive repairs, but I know that if i have to have it again, I will go to Tom's!
