As usual, Tom and crew provided excellent service; work was done completely, on time and on budget. What more is there?

It was a life changing event. I cherish the memories.

I drive 30 miles to come back to Tom's Automotive because I feel I get excellent service and I would never be "ripped off" I feel they have integrity and expertice.

It's a blessing to know that our vehicles needed everything that was done to them. We knew ahead of time what the full story was on each item, and we new the work would be done correctly. It's good to know our transportation is in the right hands.

in a day and age when people just want a quick buck it is so refreshing to have a business like this still around. family owned, real people, who really do care. I cannot recommended them enough

That's why I go to Tom's ... because I think they're trustworthy. If something's wrong with my car, they'll tell me. They've even helped me prioritize the more expensive jobs so I can stretch them out as the money comes in. On top of that, they've watched my daughter grow up since babyhood, and they always ask about her. Tom's is the place to go in West Seattle.

I used Tom's for the first time to deal with a worn out water pump. They diagnosed several other problems with my van and provided detailed, comprehensive quotes for all the work. The loaner that was lent to me for the two days of service was extremely helpful.

Tom's has serviced my cars for many, many years. I yet have to have a poor experience with this. Today, they squeezed me in even though their schedule was full, I needed to get this done. Again, the work done was outstanding, the price was fair, and they m,et my scedule. It's always a pleasure to be in their office to leave or pick up my vehicle.
