Big thanks to Kandi, John and crew. My battery died 2 blocks away after dropping off my son at school. They walked with me and jumped my car. They were also able to install a new battery and top off my oil so I could get back on the road and off to work in less than an hour. They were super busy already but were so gracious to fit me in. They were Angels on my shoulder that day. Thanks Tom's!

You guys rock! You are always so helpful, I had Chuck (my cars' name) towed in & you found time to take a peek even though you were pretty well booked. You even humor me by using Chucks' name when we are discussing repairs. Chuck needed a hose reattached, this was done quickly & at a very reasonable cost. You are very understanding that I need my 1985 Honda Accord to keep running as long as possible & have been great about helping me achieve that goal. I thank you & Chuck thanks you. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Tom's Automotive. To start with, the people there are super friendly and accommodating. I was given an accurate estimate for my repairs and even told which of my repairs should be prioritized. I couldn't be happier that I finally found an auto repair shop that is honest and fair. Went to Tom's for a simple oil change. I historically would go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, but have always been worried about their quality. Tom's pricing was comparable, and their professionalism and the quality of their work is night and day vs JL. Tom's earned a loyal customer after my experience.
