The friendly staff are patient and respectful to this non-mechanical car owner. That the shop is environmentally sensative is an added plus.
All the people at Tom's are great ! Unlike dealerships, where you have to wait for a specific "advisor" and not get called back until the afternoon, the guys/gals at Tom's are an efficient and an immediate response team that is incredibly thorough !
