Gave me a lot of what I do want. Timely, efficient and highly technically capable work. Have you looked under the hood of a car lately? It's basically a computer with a few hundred horsepower and wheels attached to it as a peripheral to operate in a real physical world under a myriad of conditions. Point and click time frames and simplicity are not going to maintain or repair a vehicle. It takes a lot of continuing education and expertise to keep up with continually advancing technology and Tom's Automotive has it.

All the people at Tom's are great ! Unlike dealerships, where you have to wait for a specific "advisor" and not get called back until the afternoon, the guys/gals at Tom's are an efficient and an immediate response team that is incredibly thorough !
