I was able to get in there so quickly today. I had to wait 10 minutes, from calling for an appointment, but the wait was primarily because he was being very kind and thorough with another customer on the phone who had a whole lot of questions. While waiting, the person at the desk was super-friendly and we chatted and all was good. I had was a check-engine-light alert because I forgot my gas cap at 711. They cleared it in what seemed like 4 minutes, and all super-nice the whole time. The technician was even pleasantly steadfast about checking my oil for me. Total thumbs up. Another great experience here.
