I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord Coupe with 142k mi and I wanted to have a repair shop do an inspection and do some routine maint. I chose Tom’s Automotive because of the their reviews on social media. My own experience exceeded my expectations! Thorough, timely, excellent service, very fair pricing….I could go on and on! I’ve found the shop that I can trust to keep my car in top running condition!

The team at Tom's Automotive took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car after they fixed it. It was nice and it felt good for someone to take the time to talk to me. They have a consistent staff that I have come to know and respect over time and the customer service is amazing. I recommend them to everyone.

I took my car in for an oil change/routine maintenance and to have my AC diagnosed. The owner Kandie called me to explain all the costs so I could decide what I wanted them to do. She also let me know that for my AC issue, the service manager John had discovered that the cause was something that Honda had extended the warranty for. She said that while they could fix it, it would be free if I took it to a dealership. This saved me $1600! Very pleased to have found a place that is willing to put in that effort to help save the customer money. Highly recommend!

My partner and I are getting married in the San Juan's in a few days and we both had the sinking realization that we six months overdue for our oil change. We called several places in the area and everyone was (understandably) booked up and couldn't accommodate us. While Tom's Automotive couldn't fit us in for the actual oil change (again, understandable, we called asking for same day service) they recognized our stress and told us to come in so they could check out the basics of our car and confirm that we were safe to drive down. They took the time to check our oil, our engine belt, and even threw in some extra wind shield fluid. I want to stress that they didn't have to do this, we weren't paying customers or customers with an appointment, we were just stressed neighbors who needed some reassurance and Tom's delivered that with a smile and a few jokes along the way. They wouldn't even accept tip money, though I would have gratefully given it. It's business' like this that make me really appreciate being part of this community. Highly recommend Tom's to anyone as they are the exact type of business anyone would want to support. Thank you again to the team at Tom's - we can't tell you what this gesture meant to us.
