True to their reputation Tom’s Automotive took really great care of me and my 2003 Chevy Astro Van. I had multiple problems of different kinds including a complex electrical one. Casey was very attentive and listened to my issues and concerns. He called and communicated with me as the work continued to be sure I didn’t have any surprises. I really feel grateful and the only surprise is that I didn’t get billed for more money. Thanks Tom’s for a wonderful job. I will never go anywhere else.

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord Coupe with 142k mi and I wanted to have a repair shop do an inspection and do some routine maint. I chose Tom’s Automotive because of the their reviews on social media. My own experience exceeded my expectations! Thorough, timely, excellent service, very fair pricing….I could go on and on! I’ve found the shop that I can trust to keep my car in top running condition!

The team at Tom's Automotive took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car after they fixed it. It was nice and it felt good for someone to take the time to talk to me. They have a consistent staff that I have come to know and respect over time and the customer service is amazing. I recommend them to everyone.

I took my car in for an oil change/routine maintenance and to have my AC diagnosed. The owner Kandie called me to explain all the costs so I could decide what I wanted them to do. She also let me know that for my AC issue, the service manager John had discovered that the cause was something that Honda had extended the warranty for. She said that while they could fix it, it would be free if I took it to a dealership. This saved me $1600! Very pleased to have found a place that is willing to put in that effort to help save the customer money. Highly recommend!
