Tom's has worked on a few of my cars. I know I can trust them to give me an accurate description of the problem and explain the why and diagnosis. Great service always!

I've been taking my cars to Tom's for 35 years. Today I was reminded why. My car suddenly started flashing every warning light imaginable. Although I didn't have an appointment, I dropped by and John was able to repair the battery-related problem while I waited. I'm extremely grateful for the extra effort made by Tom's Team. Over the years I have trusted them to keep my car up to maintenance and point out when something needed attention. I've always felt the price was transparent and fair; that the job would be completed with expertise and integrity; and that one central team was coordinating everything from visit to visit. I mostly worked with John, and he was extremely helpful and friendly! They were able to take a look at my car sooner than expected, and I appreciated how honest they were about the repairs. I felt like i was equipped to make the best choice for my car, and I felt like the pricing was very reasonable and fair.

I called Tom’s with a last minute urgent car issue, and they were able to fit me in last moment and fix some loose bolts! John was the most courteous employee and even made sure to check my oil level before I left. Would go back again for any other car needs!

I would give this shop an extra star if I could. JOHN was extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectations! My car battery died near the shop, and John was able to jump my battery and get into the shop. I'm beyond grateful for this gem in West Seattle.
